Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Job Advertising:
- Draft and post clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions.
- Optimize job postings for maximum reach and candidate engagement.
- Candidate Management:
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide timely updates to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Assist in workforce planning and provide insights based on market trends and data.
- Recruitment Operations:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities.
- Prepare recruitment metrics and reports for management review.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
