The role is office-based in HSR Layout, Sector 6, Bangalore, and is structured to provide measurable recruitment achievements and practical HR experience.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for design, sales, and operations roles.
- Post job openings on platforms such as Internshala, Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Screen high volumes of applications and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings and assess language fluency and role suitability.
- Evaluate sales aptitude for sales-related positions.
- Schedule interviews with founders and department heads.
- Coordinate interview logistics, confirmations, and documentation.
- Manage candidate communication through WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- Share status updates and negotiate offers within defined limits.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and structured Excel databases.
- Track hiring metrics including applications, interviews, offers, and joinings.
- Build and maintain a structured talent pipeline.
- Prepare weekly hiring reports and suggest process improvements.
