Role Description

This is a full-time remote internship role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter Intern will assist in identifying, attracting, and screening potential candidates for various roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job boards and other channels, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting in onboarding activities. The Recruiter Intern will collaborate closely with hiring managers and contribute to achieving overall hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through job boards, social platforms, and other recruitment channels
• Strong skills in communication, relationship-building, and candidate engagement
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic understanding of recruitment workflows and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a remote environment
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in handling candidate information
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the financial or banking sector is a plus
