Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter (Intern). The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential candidates, engaging with talent to assess suitability for specific roles, and maintaining effective communication throughout the recruitment process. The individual will also assist in preparing job descriptions, managing job postings, conducting initial screenings, and supporting the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals. Collaboration with hiring managers and other teams will be essential to ensure the alignment of hiring strategies with business needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, and building effective talent pipelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and team members
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and AI-driven hiring technologies is advantageous
• Familiarity with industry trends in Jewelry, Luxury Retail, or D2C markets preferred
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Able to work from Home but visiting office for Training is a must
• Fluent in AI Tools/Comfortable in picking up software is a must.
