RPS is Hiring | Non-IT Recruiter – Australian Market
We're looking for a recruiter with strong staffing agency experience to support non-IT hiring for the Australian market. Previous experience in Australian region preferred.
Work mode: Remote - Pan India
Shift: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Working days: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for non-IT roles across the Australian market.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and headhunting.
- Assess candidate suitability and present quality profiles aligned with client requirements.
- Manage candidate engagement, interview coordination and recruitment updates.
What We're Looking For
- Non-IT recruitment experience within a staffing agency.
- Experience supporting the Australian market.
- Strong sourcing skills within a 180 or 270 recruitment model.
- Strong, polished verbal and written communication skills.
- Finance recruitment experience would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage hiring priorities remotely.
