Freelance Recruiter

About the Role

Professional Pulse is looking for Freelance Recruiters who can work with us on a contract basis to support candidate sourcing and recruitment assignments for our clients.

This is a performance-based engagement with no fixed monthly salary. Recruiters will earn a share of the recruitment fee for successful placements handled by them.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job descriptions and client hiring requirements.
• Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, professional networks and other appropriate channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications and role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions/interviews where required.
• Share shortlisted profiles with the Professional Pulse team.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment status records.
• Support candidates through the offer and joining process.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.
• Ensure timely updates on assigned recruitment requirements.

Eligibility

• 0–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR or a related field.
• Freshers with strong communication and sourcing skills may also apply.
• Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently source and manage candidates.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance-based compensation.
• Access to a laptop, internet and basic recruitment tools.
• Ability to work remotely and manage assigned requirements independently.

Compensation Structure

This is a revenue-share based freelance engagement.

• Recruiter will receive a certain agreed amount of the recruitment fee actually received by Professional Pulse for each successful placement attributable to the recruiter.
• There is no fixed monthly salary or stipend.
• Revenue share becomes payable only after the candidate successfully joins and Professional Pulse receives the applicable recruitment fee from the client.
• Payment will be made according to the terms of the Freelance Recruitment Partner Agreement/MOU.
• No payment is applicable where the candidate does not join or where the applicable client fee is not received.

Important Note

This is a freelance/independent contractor engagement, not a full-time employment position. There is no guaranteed volume of recruitment assignments or fixed monthly income.

• All collaboration terms, candidate ownership, confidentiality, payment conditions and other applicable terms will be governed by the Freelance Recruitment Partner MOU/Agreement.
