What Will Your Day Look Like

Source and screen candidates for US-based clients.

Understand job requirements and identify the right talent.

Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates.

Build strong relationships with candidates.

Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.

Work towards recruitment targets and deliver quality submissions.
