Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team . The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and evaluating candidates for various positions within the company.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the position.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Maintain a database of candidates and track the progress of recruitment efforts.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles at once.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
