Job Description

As a Lateral Recruiter at Spes, you will be an integral part of our team, focused on identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent for our clients. Your role will be pivotal in fulfilling the unique hiring requirements across various sectors, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring firms.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, and internal databases, to identify and attract high-quality passive and active candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking systems with accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on lateral recruitment.
  • Freshers with an exceptional understanding of jobs, job markets, and the recruitment landscape are also welcome to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A comprehensive understanding of recruitment methods and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Attributes:
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
