Gaurav Engineering, a leader in India's plastic recycling machinery sector, is scaling rapidly! We plan to add 100+ new members over the year 2026, and we are looking for a dynamic HR professional to help us build a high-performing team.
This is a strategic role based at our Ahmedabad Head Office, offering hands-on exposure to both operational and strategic HR.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Talent Acquisition: Full-cycle recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior leadership roles (including headhunting for Sales Directors and Engineers).
Diverse Hiring: Managing both blue-collar (shop-floor/production) and white-collar (professional/technical) recruitment.
Payroll & Compliance: Accurate processing of payroll, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, bonuses, and benefits.
Performance Management: Tracking employee KPIs/KRAs and supporting performance appraisals.
HR Operations: Handling HR queries, grievances, and employee engagement initiatives.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 25 years in recruitment, payroll, and KPI/KRA management.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/HRIS, headhunting, and benefits administration.
Industry: Prior experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is a major plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary/CTC: 40,000 50,000 per month (based on experience).
