We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter / HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, coordination abilities, and a good understanding of hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:
. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
. Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
. Post job openings on portals and social media platforms
. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
. Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
. Handle offer rollouts and onboarding formalities
. Assist in employee engagement activities and office events
. Support HR operations like documentation, attendance, and records
. Work closely with management for manpower planning
Required Skills:
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Strong coordination and organizational abilities
. Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
. Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
. MS Office proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
. MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
