About the Rol

eAs a Recruiter - Host Hiring, you will be the engine behind our global expansion. You will be responsible for scouting and onboarding the faces of our volunteering experiences, the Hosts. Your mission is to find reliable and diverse talent across multiple time zones to ensure our corporate volunteering events are an 11/10 experience

  • esEnd-to-End Execution: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for global Hosts, from sourcing and screening to final onboardin
  • g.Global Sourcing: Leverage gig platforms and niche freelance communities to build a pipeline of talent in diverse region
  • s.High-Volume Management: Handle multiple open roles simultaneously without compromising on the quality of the candidate experienc
  • e.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the various teams to understand local market nuances and host requirement
  • s.Data-Driven Hiring: Maintain a clean ATS and provide regular updates on hiring velocit
