About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering and Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This onsite role based at Ithum Tower, Noida-62, requires a professional with a proven track record in US staffing, particularly in engineering and non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring for a variety of technical and non-technical roles, including engineering, manufacturing, data center operations, and legal support roles within the US market. The role demands a strong understanding of the US staffing process, including W2 recruitment, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with global clients and candidates to fulfill their staffing needs effectively.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in technical and non-IT recruitment, preferably with exposure to US staffing. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Knowledge of W2 recruitment processes is essential. Prior experience recruiting for engineering disciplines such as Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Semiconductor, Aerospace, and Defense industries is highly desirable. Familiarity with sourcing candidates for Data Center Technicians, Data Center Engineers, and safety-related roles is also important. Exposure to IT recruitment, including roles like Software Developers, Data Engineers, and Cloud specialists, will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT and engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, with approximately 80% focus on these positions. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across various technical domains.
• Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate technical and cultural fit.
• Maintaining accurate and updated candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinating interview schedules and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensuring compliance with US employment laws and W2 recruitment standards.
• Building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across engineering, manufacturing, and technical support roles.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment strategies.

Additionally, having a working knowledge of IT recruitment processes, including sourcing for roles like Software Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud Specialists, and ERP professionals, is preferred to support broader staffing initiatives.
