The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador for the client, focused on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. They serve as subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leader.

Your Impact:
- Talent Sourcing: Lead job scope meetings, develop sourcing strategies, and utilize Boolean search techniques to build strong candidate pipelines
- Candidate Engagement: Connect with talent communities across multiple channels, articulate compelling value propositions, and provide timely updates
- Assessment: Conduct structured phone interviews, evaluate skills assessments, and match candidates to position requirements
- Offer Management: Partner with hiring leaders on competitive offers, negotiate effectively, and drive for candidate acceptance
- Service Excellence: Maintain compliance standards, provide regular reporting, and deliver consultative recommendations throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in advanced manufacturing recruitment
- Proven success in corporate, RPO, or agency recruiting
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office
- Experience with ATS and social media recruiting tools
- Strong communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree preferred (business, HR, or related field)
