Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication throughout the recruitment process.
