Role Overview

We're looking for a recruiter who can own hiring end-to-end across very different talent pools:

  • Blue-collar: factory workers, technicians, warehouse staff, delivery
  • White-collar: marketing, operations, finance, product, CX

This is a high-speed, high-ownership role where success is measured by how quickly and effectively you close roles.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Hiring Ownership
  • Manage full lifecycle:
  • Sourcing screening coordination offer joining
  • Handle multiple roles simultaneously across functions
2. Blue-Collar Hiring (High Volume, On-Ground Execution)
  • Build and manage sourcing channels:
  • Contractors / vendors
  • Local hiring networks
  • Referrals / walk-ins
  • Run:
  • Hiring drives
  • Bulk recruitment campaigns

Focus: speed, reliability, and low drop-offs

3. White-Collar Hiring (Quality + Fit)
  • Source through:
  • LinkedIn
  • Job portals
  • Referrals
  • Screen for:
  • Problem-solving
  • Ownership mindset
  • Culture fit

Focus: quality over volume

4. Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with:
  • Founders
  • Hiring managers
  • Operations teams
  • Ensure:
  • Clear role definitions
  • Fast feedback cycles
  • Smooth candidate experience
5. Process & Metrics
  • Track and improve:
  • Time to hire
  • Offer-to-join ratio
  • Cost per hire
  • Maintain hiring dashboards and pipelines
6. Offer Closing & Candidate Experience
  • Drive high offer acceptance rates
  • Reduce drop-offs, especially in blue-collar roles
What We're Looking For
  • 3–7 years of recruitment experience
  • Proven experience in:
  • High-volume hiring (must-have)
  • Corporate hiring (good to have)
  • Strong ability to:
  • Hustle and close roles fast
  • Manage ambiguity
  • Work across very different candidate segments
  • Comfortable with:
  • Fieldwork (for blue-collar hiring)
  • Data tracking and reporting
