Role Description: The Recruiter is responsible to ensure there is a sufficient reservoir of talent possessing the requisite skills, knowledge and understanding to fulfil the business's requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with managers to ensure that the requirements and expectations of the job are adequately understood
• Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job
• Complete all pre-screening and screening activities for prospective employees, which may include contacting former employers and conducting background checks
• Manage and process all hiring documentation for new employees, while also providing support during the orientation process
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both hiring managers and prospective candidates
• Conduct thorough industry research to acquire in-depth knowledge and proactively identify innovative sourcing strategies for talent acquisition

Expected/Key Results

• Execution of ideas generated as measured through number of transformational / process improvement projects
• Impact assessment of transformational / process improvement projects on business metrics
• Implementation of Project Evolve in own span and its impact
• Team's Impact as assessed by the number of ideas generated by team/function

Preferred Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors or MBA from a reputed college or university

Preferred Work Experience

• 1+ years of experience in BPO volume hiring

Competencies & Skills

• Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
• Knowledge of different recruitment methods, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection
• Developing recruitment strategies that align with the organization's long-term goals and objectives
• Familiarity with industry-specific hiring trends and best practices
• Proficiency in using various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks
• Ability to develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
• Analytical skills to track and report on recruitment metrics
• Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
• Understanding and appreciating diversity and inclusion and promoting these values in the recruitment process
