Job Description
We're Hiring: HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)
We are a growing IT & Cyber Security training company. Build your recruitment career with us.
Location: Thane (Naupada)
Experience: 1-2 years
Salary: 15,000 - 25,000 per month
Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM, Mon-Sat (Sunday off)
What You'll Do
- Handle end-to-end hiring for IT and Non-IT roles
- Source talent on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries and follow up until joining
- Maintain candidate databases and share hiring reports
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, IT or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
- Experienced (1-2 years): recruitment experience, ideally in both IT and Non-IT hiring
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Proactive, confident and target-driven
- ATS/HRMS knowledge is a plus
