Job Summary
CygniSoft Staffing is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles across multiple industries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings
- Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job opportunities and interview feedback
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support recruitment reporting and documentation as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 03 years of recruitment or HR experience (staffing agency experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic recruitment tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, logistics, IT, or healthcare roles
- Understanding of international recruitment processes (Canada hiring experience is a plus)
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities
