About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing quality talent across various skill sets and experience levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Negotiate offers and drive candidate closures within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
• Experience in handling IT and/or Non-IT hiring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong interview coordination and candidate engagement skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working in staffing, consulting, or corporate recruitment environments.
