We are hiring for a leading technology-led Healthcare-life sciences organization for an experienced EU Recruiter to join their team in Bengaluru.

Position: EU Recruiter

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work from Office | Hybrid flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for EU hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates across European markets.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Manage stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Drive the recruitment process from sourcing through offer closure.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines and quality expectations.

Requirement:

• 5+ years of experience in EU/European recruitment.
• Strong experience in end-to-end (E2E) recruitment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and priorities effectively.
• Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office, with hybrid flexibility.
