Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support US-based recruiters with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS updates.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Manage high-volume recruitment tasks while prioritizing effectively.
  • Assist with recruiting-related projects and hiring initiatives.
  • Ensure all documentation, communications, and candidate records are accurate and up to date.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize HR and ATS tools such as Workday, iCIMS, Lever, or similar platforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination (US shift experience preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience supporting global recruiting or HR operations teams.
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong focus on accuracy.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling fast-paced tasks independently.
  • Willing to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
