- End-to-end recruitment for contract and C2H roles in the technology domain.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche and volume hiring.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements and deliver with speed and quality.
- Negotiate offers, onboard candidates, and ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- 26 years of experience in contract staffing or C2H hiring for IT/tech roles in India.
- Strong understanding of the Indian staffing market and its aggressive timelines.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
- High energy, target-driven, and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
