Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter – Plant & Manufacturing Hiring (Contract) to support recruitment requirements for our Noida Plant/NSEZ operations. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and closing candidates for manufacturing, production, engineering, quality, supply chain and other plant-based functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to manufacturing/plant recruitment, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to independently manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Plant/NSEZ hiring requirements.
• Source candidates for Production, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Warehouse, EHS and other plant/support functions.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, job specifications and critical hiring priorities.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, professional networks and direct sourcing.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring and critical plant positions.
• Conduct initial candidate screening covering experience, technical relevance, communication, compensation, notice period and location suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and ensure timely movement of candidates through the recruitment process.
• Manage offer discussions, documentation, offer acceptance and pre-joining engagement.
• Track recruitment metrics including pipeline, ageing, interview conversion, offer conversion and joining status.
• Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data/reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably with significant exposure to manufacturing or plant hiring.
• Strong experience recruiting for technical and non-technical plant positions.
• Hands-on expertise in Naukri sourcing and Boolean Search is essential.
• Good understanding of the NCR manufacturing talent market.
• Ability to independently handle multiple open positions and deliver against defined timelines.
• Strong candidate assessment, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up, reporting and recruitment pipeline-management capabilities.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with recruitment experience in manufacturing, electronics, automotive, industrial, engineering, semiconductor, smart-card/electronics manufacturing or similar plant environments will be preferred.

Important:This position is based at Noida NSEZ and requires regular work from the office/plant location.
