Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing onboarding processes. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a talent pipeline, creating job descriptions, negotiating offers, and managing candidate relationships while ensuring an efficient and inclusive hiring process to meet organizational workforce needs.

Work Mode: Onsite

Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Salary: 15,000 per month

Working Time : 9AM to 6 PM IST

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment preferred)
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, candidate pipeline development, and managing end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong skills in candidate evaluation, interview techniques, and negotiation
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with effective prioritization and organizational skills
  • Experience with diversity recruitment strategies and inclusive hiring practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in recruiting for IT roles or technical environments is highly desirable
