Role & Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and qualify high-potential candidates across Tech, Product, Marketing, and Operations roles using LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio reviews, and proactive outreach.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for 5–8 concurrent roles: from JD crafting and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.
- Partner with hiring managers to translate business goals into clear role profiles, candidate success criteria, and hiring timelines.
- Run structured interview processes with scorecards, feedback loops, and debriefs—ensuring quality, fairness, and speed.
- Track and optimize key metrics: Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source Quality, and Candidate NPS using ATS and dashboards.
- Build and maintain a curated talent pipeline using Boolean searches, CRM tools, and employer branding content for passive candidates.
