Calibrate is a pipeline-as-a-service company helping B2B businesses generate qualified pipeline through data-driven outreach. We're now expanding our consulting arm — Calibrate Consulting — a recruiting practice that places top talent across high-growth companies.

This is ground floor. We're building the playbook, the client base, and the team from scratch. That means you'll have a direct hand in shaping how this business operates from day one.

Role Description

This is not a purely operational recruiting seat. You'll be expected to own both sides of the business — hunting for clients and delivering for them. Think of it as a full-stack recruiting role with a business development spine.

What you'll do

1 Business development — Identify and pitch prospective clients through outbound outreach, referrals, and LinkedIn. Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed retainer.

2 End-to-end recruiting — Manage full-cycle hiring across roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing candidate experience, and closing offers.

3 Talent pipeline building — Build and maintain a proactive talent network. You should always have warm candidates ready before the job opens.

4 Process building — As an early hire, you'll actively shape our internal SOPs, tooling, and delivery methodology. What you build here will define how Calibrate Consulting scales.
