What You will be Doing:-
You Won't Just Be checking Boxes. You'll Be The Face Of Nirvasa For Hundreds Of Potential Team Members. Your Day-to-day Will Look Like
- Constantly sourcing and nurturing a pipeline of sales talent so we're never caught off guard by a hiring need.
- Conducting high-volume interviews (phone and in-person). You'll need to use clever, sharp questioning to see past the resume and find the real grit.
- You'll qualify or reject candidates based on their sales DNA and cultural fit.
- You'll be expected to be on the phone and in your inbox constantly to meet and beat your weekly hiring targets.
- Will be responsible for End to End Recruitment
What we are Looking For:-
- You have at least 1 year of experience specifically in BPO or bulk sales hiring. You know the hustle that volume recruitment requires.
- You must be comfortable with extensive calling and don't get discouraged by a no.
- You have a knack for reading people and can determine potential through conversation, not just a list of credentials.
- You can manage a massive pipeline and keep every candidate updated without breaking a sweat.
- A Bachelor's degree and a solid grasp of Microsoft Office (Excel is your friend here).
