We are looking for a dynamic and target-drivenRecruiterto support bulk hiring requirements Bajaj Capital. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in volume hiring, sourcing, screening, and closing positions within strict timelines.
The role requires someone who can handle and manage multiple hiring pipelines, and ensure quick turnaround time for open positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Bulk Hiring & Talent Sourcing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth coordination.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for continuous hiring needs.
- Ensure offer-to-joining conversion ratios are maintained.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with Business HR and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
- Provide daily/weekly recruitment updates and hiring reports.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience
- Prior experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring (preferably telesales or BFSI)
Skills:
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with job portals.
