Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Stay updated with current recruitment trends, hiring strategies, and HR best practices.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and interviewing techniques.
• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Understanding of HR policies and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms/job portals.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Must Have

• Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred).
• Experience: fresher to 1 year
• Hands-on experience using recruitment tools and hiring platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• HR or Recruitment certifications will be an added advantage.
