About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter / HR Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete HR lifecycle, including end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, and core HR operations. Your primary focus will be to attract, evaluate, and onboard talented candidates who align with our organizational goals. Additionally, you will handle employee records, attendance management, payroll support, and day-to-day HR coordination to ensure seamless HR operations. Qualifications
Candidates should hold a graduation or postgraduate degree, preferably in Human Resources or related fields. Freshers or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, HR operations, and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time-management capabilities, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ownership mindset are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Handle offer letters, onboarding formalities, and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and ensure data integrity.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll coordination by providing timely salary inputs.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and payroll matters promptly and professionally.
- Assist in tracking probation periods, confirmations, and other HR-related processes.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
