We Are Hiring – Recruiter
Location: Borivali, Mumbai
Experience: 2–6 Years
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Borivali, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offers, and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in recruitment.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
- Must be comfortable working from the office in Borivali, Mumbai, five days a week.
- Candidates must have their own laptop/computer, as the company will not provide a system.
