Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Rajkot. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines for multiple roles and levels. The role involves partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define role specifications, and support workforce planning. The Recruiter will handle job postings, employer branding activities, and candidate communication to provide a professional and inclusive experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment data and reports, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and hiring managers.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and basic MS Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates at different career stages.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Understanding of HR best practices, labor regulations, and inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use recruitment data and metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience in consulting
