The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills and deep knowledge of filtering and recruiting talent across SFDC, SAP, Oracle, Full Stack, and Database technologies is preferred. This role requires a long-term commitment and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and translate them into successful hiring strategies through efficient sourcing
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and filtering for niche and bulk requirements
• Use advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases)
• Ensure timely closures hiring targets
• Track performance metrics and ensure delivery excellence
