Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Mumbai team. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and hiring the right talent for our organization. Whether you have prior internship/hands-on recruitment experience or are a fresh graduate with an academic background in HR, this role offers excellent exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Talent: Identify and attract potential candidates using job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), social media, and professional networks.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and tracker spreadsheets accurately.
• Communicate regular updates to candidates throughout the entire hiring process.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

• 0 to 1 year of professional experience in HR recruitment.
• Mandatory Internship Requirement: Applicants without a specialized HR degree must have completed a prior internship in HR recruitment or talent acquisition to demonstrate core domain knowledge and familiarity with hiring workflows

Educational Background:

• Master's Degree: MBA in Human Resources (or an equivalent post-graduate degree/diploma in HR / Organizational Development).
• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in BMS, BBA, B.Com, or a related field (with a clear specialization, focus, or major coursework in HR)

Skills:

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (e.g., Indeed, Naukri), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to source, track, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel/Word) or Google Workspace to maintain recruitment tracker.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Confidence in speaking with candidates and managing basic stakeholder interactions.
