Information Technology Recruiter

Immediately hiring US IT Recruiter in Andheri, Mumbai.

Candidates must currently reside in Mumbai to be considered for this position.

Onsite role ( Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers and account managers to understand technical hiring requirements, project needs, and staffing priorities.

Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), employee referrals, and networking.

Screen candidates by evaluating technical skills, work history, communication abilities, and cultural fit through phone and video interviews.

Recruit for a wide range of technologies, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, ERP, QA, AI/ML, and enterprise applications

Review resumes, validate candidate qualifications, and match candidates to client job requirements

Verify work authorization, immigration status, employment history, references, and required onboarding documentation in compliance with client and company policies.

Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and start dates while maintaining positive candidate relationships.

Ensure compliance with federal employment regulations, EEO guidelines, client requirements, and company recruiting policies.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to provide updates and ensure a positive candidate experience
