Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Ernakulam/Piravom. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and extending offers. The role involves leveraging various recruitment methods and tools to identify and attract top talent, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Collaboration with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs is a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and utilizing recruitment tools and platforms
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and screening candidates effectively
• Ability to develop and maintain a talent pipeline and build strong relationships with candidates
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with employment laws and practices in the UAE
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
