Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter & Advisor at HomeDesk. The primary responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting potential candidates, providing career advice and guidance, conducting interviews, and managing the full recruitment cycle. The role also involves building and maintaining strong professional relationships while helping candidates align their skills and goals with the right opportunities. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining professional networks, and effectively communicating with clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience with talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and candidate sourcing
- Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building, and the ability to guide candidates strategically
- Proficiency in communication, advising, and conflict resolution
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and navigate remote work environments
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
- Previous experience in advisory roles or career coaching is beneficial
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is desired
