Location: Koramangala, Bangalore (Work from Office)
Work Days: Monday Friday
Shift Timing: 9:45 AM 6:15 PM
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Role SummaryWe are hiring a BPO Recruiter with proven experience in bulk / volume hiring. This role is focused on speed, consistency, and closures, managing high-volume hiring requirements for voice and non-voice processes.
Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO / call center roles
- Manage bulk / volume hiring through job portals, walk-ins, and internal databases
- Ensure daily candidate line-ups and closures as per hiring targets
- Conduct initial screening (communication, role fit, shift readiness)
- Drive offer rollout and joining conversion
- Maintain a consistent candidate pipeline to meet ongoing hiring demand
- Coordinate with internal teams for interviews and feedback closure
Required Skills & Experience- Graduate or +2 with relevant BPO hiring experience
- Proven track record in bulk / mass hiring environments
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience- Experience in walk-in drives / ramp hiring
- Exposure to vendor hiring or consultancy hiring models
- Strong understanding of offer-to-joining ratio management
What Success Looks Like- Consistent daily closures and joining ratios
- Ability to maintain pipeline under pressure
- Fast turnaround time (TAT) on open positions
