AamDhanE focuses on efficiency, transparency, and empowerment for all stakeholders in the labor ecosystem.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Ghazipur. The Recruiter will source, screen, and shortlist laborers and other candidates using the AamDhanE platform, local networks, and field visits. Daily responsibilities include posting job requirements, conducting interviews, verifying candidate information, and matching workers with appropriate opportunities. The role also involves coordinating with factory owners and labor contractors to understand their workforce needs, scheduling interviews or onboarding, and maintaining accurate records in the system. The Recruiter will support candidate onboarding, address basic queries from both workers and employers, and contribute feedback to improve recruitment processes and platform effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or field hiring, ideally within blue-collar or high-volume hiring environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with laborers, factory owners, and contractors in a clear and respectful manner.
  • Basic digital and mobile application proficiency, including using job platforms, spreadsheets, and messaging tools for candidate tracking.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open roles, follow up with candidates, and maintain accurate records.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail for verifying candidate information and ensuring suitable job-candidate matches.
  • Familiarity with local labor markets and willingness to conduct field visits and in-person outreach as needed.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ghazipur full time, with flexibility to adjust to operational needs and recruitment peaks.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in staffing agencies, manufacturing, logistics, or similar sectors; fluency in relevant local languages; minimum high school diploma or equivalent, with higher education considered an advantage.
