SHIFT TIMING - 6:30 PM- 3:30 AM (NIGHT SHIFT)

Role Description

The Recovery Specialist - US Collections role is a full-time, on-site position located in Thane. The primary responsibilities include managing and collecting overdue payments, building rapport with clients, negotiating payment arrangements, and handling inquiries effectively. The role requires adherence to compliance regulations while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate client records and process improvement will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build trust with clients
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge or experience in Addiction Recovery processes, demonstrating compassion and understanding
• Familiarity with Insurance policies, claims, and collection practices
• Experience in Training or mentoring team members is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Thane
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage
