Record to Report

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in Ind AS and end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting financial reporting and audits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finalization of quarterly and annual financial statements
2. Preparation and review of related party transactions
3. Analysis and accounting of provisions and accruals
4. Coordination with statutory and internal auditors
5. Compilation of data for board meetings and financial presentations
6. Fixed assets accounting and capitalization
7. Treasury and investment accounting
8. Bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
9. Preparation of tax audit annexures and schedules
10. XBRL filing and regulatory compliance
11. Preparation of MIS reports for management review
12. General ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (C

Experience: Fresher (2024 - 2025 passout)
