Record to Report (R2R) Team Lead

Lead and manage the Record to Report (R2R) process including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings

Ensure accurate preparation and posting of journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger management

Monitor compliance with US GAAP, SAP systems, and accounting standards

Supervise a team, providing guidance, training, and performance management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and streamline processes

Generate financial reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders

Drive process improvements and implement best practices in accounting and reporting

Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports in line with statutory and internal requirements
