Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Ahmedabad. The receptionist will perform daily tasks including managing and directing phone calls with professionalism, welcoming visitors, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include handling clerical duties, organizing appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations to support the firm's activities and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including handling calls, managing visitor inquiries, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Strong Clerical Skills, such as organizing and maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
  • Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively and maintain a positive professional relationship.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not mandatory

Front office and client coordination in a legal environment

Handling calls, emails, appointments, and visitor records

Basic drafting and professional email correspondence

Data entry, record maintenance, and file management

Working on AdvOffice software and internal systems

Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with firm SOPs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (any discipline with basic knowledge of legal field)

Basic understanding of legal office functioning and procedures

Proficiency in email communication and basic drafting

Experience in data entry and record maintenance

Working knowledge of AdvOffice or similar software

Fluent in English, Hindi & Gujarati

Strong communication and organisational skills
