Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Receptionist cum MIS Executive who will be responsible for managing front desk operations along with handling Management Information System (MIS) reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and strong data management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk / Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
Manage meeting room bookings and coordination
Handle courier and dispatch activities
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
MIS Administrative Duties
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data
Assist in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping
Coordinate with internal teams for timely data collection
Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any discipline
Proven Experience In Reception/admin/MIS Role Preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Experience
13 years of relevant experience preferred
Freshers with strong Excel and communication skills can also apply
