Job Title:Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage the front desk daily operations, ensuring a clean and organized reception area.
- Answer incoming calls, address queries, and redirect calls to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor entries.
- Handle mail, couriers, and deliveries by sorting and distributing them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor records, logs, and other documentation.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Strong (English) communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
- Ability to multitask and handle front-office operations efficiently.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferred.
