Job Description

Job Title:Receptionist

Location:Ahmedabad

Experience:1 5 Years (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Manage the front desk daily operations, ensuring a clean and organized reception area.
  • Answer incoming calls, address queries, and redirect calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor entries.
  • Handle mail, couriers, and deliveries by sorting and distributing them appropriately.
  • Maintain visitor records, logs, and other documentation.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Strong (English) communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Ability to multitask and handle front-office operations efficiently.
  • Professional grooming and presentation.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferred.
