Job Description


Role: Receptionist.

Budget: 30-40K

Job Purpose

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle overall administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Receive and direct calls, emails, and official correspondence professionally
  • Ensure a welcoming, organized, and professional front office environment
  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and record maintenance
  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative and operational requirements
  • Manage office supplies and support basic office administration activities
  • Assist management and staff with administrative support as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Well-groomed and professionally presentable

Experience

Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
