Job Purpose
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle overall administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
- Receive and direct calls, emails, and official correspondence professionally
- Ensure a welcoming, organized, and professional front office environment
- Handle general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and record maintenance
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative and operational requirements
- Manage office supplies and support basic office administration activities
- Assist management and staff with administrative support as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Email)
- Well-groomed and professionally presentable
Experience
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
