Main Duties
- Greeting Visitors:
- Welcome guests with a smile and ask how you can help them.
- Handling Phone Calls:
- Answer calls, give information, and transfer calls to the right person.
- Maintaining Visitor Records:
- Write down details of people who come in and give them visitor passes if needed.
- Managing Appointments:
- Schedule meetings and inform staff about their visitors.
- Receiving and Sending Mail:
- Collect letters, couriers, and parcels and send them to the correct department.
- Keeping Reception Area Clean:
- Ensure the front desk looks neat and presentable.
- Helping Staff and Visitors:
- Provide basic information and guide people inside the office.
- Using Office Equipment:
- Work with computers, printers, photocopiers, etc
