CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA

Shift: Rotational Shifts | 5.5 Days Working

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Travel Operations to manage and lead a team in delivering high-quality travel support services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GDS tools and proven leadership experience in a travel or airline operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team handling travel-related operations (flights, hotels, bookings)
• Ensure team adherence to service quality standards and company policies
• Monitor performance metrics such as productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues efficiently
• Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance performance
• Conduct regular team reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for seamless operations

Required Skills & Expertise

• Hands-on experience with GDS tools: Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre
• Strong knowledge of airline, hotel, and travel operations
• Excellent team management and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 4+ years of overall experience
• At least 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader (on paper)
• Prior experience in travel/BPO/travel operations domain preferred
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and 5.5-day work schedule
