Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Sonipat. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, handling phone inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include performing administrative and clerical tasks, coordinating communication between customers and staff, and maintaining a professional front desk area.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills to manage calls and greet visitors professionally.
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as record-keeping, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities to provide a positive experience for all guests and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail for managing front desk operations efficiently.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and tools for administrative work is preferred.
